Biographical Note

Michael B.Sky was born in Upper Silesia, Poland. He started to paint at a very early age and never ceased to intensively deal with painting and art. Although for political reasons he was denied in Poland the right to study art at university and life had thus prompted him to pursue another career, art and painting always strongly influenced and shaped his entire life. After a veterinary technician training and high school he worked as a medical laboratory scientist. Then, for a period of time, he studied graphic design. However, recognizing that these studies could not fulfill his artistic expectations, he abandoned this project, founded an advertising agency in 2004 and run it for six years. In 2010 he finally decided to devote himself exclusively to painting.
